This stone recreates a drawing by Aethelred Eldridge from his 29th collection of “News from Golgonooza” which was published in the Fall of 1998. (See the picture of the stone next to the original below.) The accompanying text reads:
When you take a look at once every ten years fading famished risking interest rate loss cheesed or dressed photogenesis wam with volatile oils exempting collectors of tingly unction only creeping green girds up on slurry collaring shaved heads implanted to deciduous flux as we can see the foot of embryo gladness asking not of coffins blacker than gauze’s inherent bile supporting heathen unsleeved shoulders condensing in the office whorls of hawks and fesses fired from silk polished actual water pistols actually derivative while vampires suck the vellum in lamb bath nadir neighboring bumps at fronts every where doors repulse botanists.
