The piece I did earlier today inspired me, but I played around with it too much. I should’ve just shadowed from the outside-in within each section. Instead, I decided to stagger them in a clockwise direction with each step. It was worth a shot. Maybe I need to scan the line drawing and try things out digitally before committing to something going forward.
