Painted Stone #8

When I approached this stone, I finished the patterned side first, at which point it occurred to me that the stone looked like Darth Vader’s head. So, I went forward with that idea, but couldn’t see doing in such a drab color scheme after a colorful beginning.  The stone was placed in a knot of a tree on the Wetmore Trail in Cuyahoga Valley National Park on October 8, 2020.
